Ingonish Beach accommodations: Weekly Rental Two (2) bedroom Eco friendly Solar house. Newly built home on 3 levels, 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, large wrap around deck.  Master bedroom Loft with queen bed and ensuite on third floor.  Main floor with kitchen, living room, full bathroom plus walk out to wrap around deck.  Second bedroom with one queen and a set of bunk beds (one double on the botton and one single bed on top) located on the lower level. Washer & dryer, dishwasher, fridge, Gas stove and barbeque.  

Four minute walk to Ingonish Beach (swimming).  Local restaurants, Bank and Liquor store all within walking distance.  Domestic hot water and radiant in floor heat supplied by solar heating system.  Easy access to water for kayaks and canoes.  Boat launch slip near by. Adjacent Cape Breton Highlands National Park (hiking & biking trails), 5 minute drive to Highlands Links Golf Course and Keltic Lodge Resort and Spa. 4 minute drive to Smokey Recreation - Community Rink, 10 minute drive to Ski Cape Smokey

  • 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, It is fully refundable (less 75.00) if cancelling 45 days prior to arrival. It is non refundable if cancelling less than 45 days prior to arrival. Final payment required 21 days before arrival.
